Abraxas! A mysterious “demon of the woods”… like Rook, his species are “mostly made of magic”. He’s not actually malicious—really just kind of a feral gremlin boy—but he nevertheless has to fight off warriors attempting to slay him. Though wily, he is also very sweet.
It’s #FanArtFriday! He’s spunky, he’s spazzy, he’s talented, he’s Max! Ain’t no overacting here folks when I say that @caanan’s one of my all time Fav’s in webcomics and cartooning! Hopefully someday that Mischievous Max and his equally wily creator will be at SDCC! :D
In contrast to the tank, the lady casually applying makeup here has a circle on her black and white shirt that visually parallels the ying/yang sigil on the windshield in front of her. This makes her feel more wily and evasive.

I think Mega Man 4 is a better overall experience because no part of that frustrated me as much as one or two segments here but for the pre-Wily Fortress stuff, I really like it, enough to still be placed high in my Mega Man ranking
Alright, they got Dr Light in XDive as his cool Hadouken outfit thing in X1, pretty sweet, but-
I'd like to propose something, an idea for if they decided to give Wily a fighting game outfit to match Light, hahah
I have a VERY rough sketch of the character's design but I'm not gonna show it yet. Still very early.
However, I will say his inspiration will stem from these four: Professor Theo, Dr. Wily, Albert Russel (Trails in the Sky), and Mimic
I am not fond of Wily stages.
to put it better: I do not like how those stages treat weapon usage and how you can be VERY VERY screwed if you fuck up.

Here's some of the sillyness that went on with Wily Taunter. Basically I was nearly done when I realized he was supposed to be a digitigrade which was a huge problem. So there's a little doodle of how I might have liked to have fixed the problem.
