A new YouTube video has come out talking about the rerelease of Alita: Battle Angel in theaters. Mike Reyes of Cinemablend talks about recent things the Alita Army is doing. It's a good video, and encouraging: @doc_ido https://t.co/kUT487z5IB
JAYA Nice Day is a big fan of the Alita: Battle Angel manga & his YouTube review states he “had a blast”. His review is worth watching, after which you’ll want to see Alita in theaters on Oct 30th, at a price of $5 (!!!). @doc_ido https://t.co/3xeDJCS2tC
Alita Battle Angel is based on a 1990 Japanese manga that is now on volume 33. Alita’s saga has a cast of over 100 characters & has several good story arcs. On Oct 30th movie theaters will be showing episode 1 of what will be a major, long-running film franchise. @doc_ido
@Tamquam_Leo Correct. The major film studios aren't releasing any big-budget movies in October. Wonder Woman 1984 moved to December & No Time to Die moved to April 2021. Theaters have no big draw movies, so they gladly decided to show Alita, which is a big-budget film with a fanbase.
A great movie is one you can see again & again. Alita: Battle Angel has an inspiring plot, intelligent dialogue, strong characterization of Alita, good acting, good action, an excellent soundtrack & dazzling visuals. Go see Alita again in theaters on Oct 30th. @doc_ido
@nichegamer How Hollywood works
>License a franchise
>Take out everything that made it successful
>Put your wife in it
>If it doesn’t have guns, add guns
>Tell people it will be in theaters in 2020
Listening to my boss tell me all the ways I could get Covid and he’s reaching as far as he can when his kids are in school, sports, party, restaurants, movie theaters and they touch my office and computer. But that never came up of course.
If you love dogs you’ll want to see Alita: Battle Angel when Alita comes back to movie theaters on Oct 30th. The scene where McTeague’s dogs let Grewishka know how they felt about his treatment of Alita’s dog is thrilling. A man’s best friend is his battle angel. @doc_ido
This Halloween, when faced with “Trick or Treat?”, treat yourself to Alita: Battle Angel when she returns to movie theaters on Oct 30th. Alita’s big, beautiful eyes are even bigger and more beautiful on the big screen. This Halloween, be an angel! @doc_ido @AlitaSequel
Here’s a tenet of the Alita Army: Alita: Battle Angel is a great movie. Doc Ido’s machine inverts time & puts Alita back into U S movie theaters on October 30th. You’re the Protagonist & seeing Alita in a theater will bust Disney’s algorithm, resulting in a sequel. @doc_ido
Good movies have memorable quotes. Alita: Battle Angel has several good quotes & the Alita Army has taken them to heart: We don't stand by in the presence of a great movie like Alita: Battle Angel; we rush to go see it when it returns to theaters on Oct 30th @doc_ido
Rosa Salazar’s Alita was a very likable protagonist. Audiences really like Alita & they like Rosa Salazar. In a movie of brilliant special effects, the best effect of all was Rosa Salazar’s performance. Alita is back in theaters on Oct 30th at $5 a ticket. @doc_ido #AlitaSequel
I was reading up on LE MANS more today, and I came across this ad for "Day Of The Champion," McQueen's first attempt to make a racing movie in 1966. Over a million feet of film was shot, but James Garner's GRAND PRIX reached theaters before the film was done, killing the project.
