I don't mind Sonic having two worlds - it's the execution I don't like.
Sonic X and the movie did a good job establishing their two worlds from the start.
The games never did this. Sonic's world was always staged as a single planet, consisting of both animals and humans.
So... Tia is an angel in disguise. Vampires are known to be fellow demons forever trapped on earth. But the ‘ninja’ still have pure hearts and have no intent to hurt humans. Not on purpose at least. So she is there to watch over them.
