So my medication for pain does not work when I eat something after it and I eat lunch without knowing my nurse combined my pain med with other meds when I expected him to give it to me later… it was scheduled for later… I'm so upset I could cry now - I can't have it till 8pm

Finished. Mixed media (gouache and ink). Feel like crap today. Got so angry with someone last night that I forgot to take my meds and woke up with horrible withdrawal. It's easing now, as I've taken the missed dose, but today will be rough. Whatever. Hope you day is good. xxx

Inking in an old, unfinished gouache painting. Hot and humid here in Tokyo. Mind reasonably clear, but the heat and meds have me falling asleep all the time; on the train, at my desk, in the bath, at the dinner table. Even 3 litres of coffee hasn't worked. xxx
