I wanted to do a study of the Arcane painter-ish animation style? I adore the style, it walks a fine line of being aesthetically pleasing and realistic and its just👌

Recently finished watching Arcane and I wanted to try my hand at trying to replicate the paint stye!

I was up til 2am last night working on this but I'm happy with it! Did have to take the background from a screenshot in Arcane though.

Just finish Girl With a Pearl Earring. Slow burn but magnificent cinematography & beautiful score. The set also replicated Vemeer’s paintings. I just wish they showed more of his life.
