I didn’t read Gardner F. Fox’ Kothar and the Wizard Slayer, but I love the Jeffrey Jones covers! Jeffrey Catherine Jones also painted covers for Lin Carter’s Thongor and the Dragon City (Berkley, 1970) and The Quest of Kadji (Belmont, 1971), which I did read many moons ago.
