Done more work on this piece. Remove the solid background, added a playground, changed the color of the backpack and shirt, changed the hair color, changed the face type, added a bitcoin logo on the shirt, made the shoes darker with black underside. Made whiskers darker.

The difference between males and females, are that males have darker, white facial markings and whole eyes/sclera are magenta.

So no real anime background but I used to "read" some nasty mangas as a teenager and always liked the darker stuff like Lobo3/3
@JahrellDavid First draw your art; you’ll wanna color the water last, add a layer, color it blue and put it on multiply. Then you’ll wanna create some white lines on the water(+1 layer) and erase in between the line, lastly duplicate the layer and click alpha lock + color it a darker shade
