This piece was inspired by my struggle with mental health, particularly with anxiety and PTSD. The physical sensations that come with it as well as the emotional. I left my comfort zone to make this, but being uncomfortable proved to be important to the process.

I'm still a drawing/painting newbie, but i am happy to announce, that i found something else in my life which gives me more joy outside of my usual activities. :)
