We are sad to learn that Dijjo Lima has passed on. We’re thankful to have had the chance to work with him when he was the colorist for The Dark Age. His vibrant and expressive colors elevated each book and he will be missed. Our thoughts are with his family.

Yesterday, word came that comic creator Dijjo Lima died. My thoughts & prayers go out to his family & friends.
& I were fortunate to work w/ him on The Family Graves. He was a talented colorist & wonderful collaborator. 1/2

Ever area is filled, every shape has a highlight, hard shadows, and hatched edges are softened and cancelled with gradients.

It's like the colorists are trying to transmorgify a flat drawing into 3d.

It doesn't work and it's visually repulsive.
