I subconsciously base them on irl friends, my takes or stuff I want in my stories.

Vanessa for example represents capitalism. She's a strict and scary landlady pressuring Berry and Susan, my protagonists, to pay their rent on time. Also I wanted a moth character ^^

I can’t believe I subconsciously scheduled this clip on Flora’s birthday, calling it the best Magic Winx Believix ever, when it’s the only Believix transformation that Flora isn’t in 😂😭

I didn’t mean to do so much work on this but coloring it was relaxing. Made me realize I subconsciously modeled Hawthorn on all the 80s horror movies I’ve been watching.... it’s the hair I think

My MCs have both changed a lot! Quincy got more buff, and her country of origin became allegorical to 1500s Korea so her design changed accordingly.

Marlowe gained some scars as more evidence of the plague that took his leg, and his hair got curly which was a subconscious thing

And playing it as an adult who has recently had a sort of "revelation" of sorts is another entirely different experience. Being able to notice and acknowledge things only my subconscious did before is surreal. The body language, the tones, the meanings and history. Echoes. <3

What are some design "tropes" you (subconsciously) carry over in your artwork. For me, they're oversided harnesses/straps, fingerless gloves, and VERY long sleeves/thigh highs. I'm not kidding. XD

I know I always say followers don't count (they don't) but I'm almost at 💫10K💫 !!!!! ahahaahah

Here's a cute cat love story ... I drew these two studies completely separately to each other, but obviously certain colour palettes, and black & white cats, are in my subconscious.

"I am a part of you, little mortal. I am a shadow in your subconscious, a blemish on your fragile little psyche. You know me. You just don't know it..."

Me: I turned into a furry after Swat Kats.

Also me at the age of 8: "This game about plush animals turning into robots is cool."

Subconscious: "The seed has been planted."

I have no idea what emotions I have about this art. It seems to be well painted (no), but my subconscious says that it is disgusting.

I don't know me either.
40% percent of my actions are done subconsciously.
I, however, do know that I am the prosecutor. And the judge. And the jury.
Your sentence is 4 days in the McDonald's ballpit.

I don't always know how my brain subconsciously decides certain color choices, but...I'm okay with this XD
