Loca Ending is probably a Location Test Ending. These have been dug up in various other Capcom fighters. Basically anyone who cleared the game at a location test would just get a simple message in lieu of the actual character ending cutscene.

why does the shrek super slam game use what looks like PS1 models for the cutscenes? these aren't animated, they're pre-rendered. why were they pre-rendered on a 486?
