It's Super Mario Bros 2, on the GBA! Fun fact, I actually own this one, and I remember playing it a whole lot on my original DS. Generally what I said for Super Mario Bros 2 applies here too.

‘The Legend of Starfy 3′ - the Nintendo / TOSE GBA series that was Japanese only throughout the GBA, but made it’s way to the West finally on the DS. This was the cover artwork.
I realized why Nintendo gave up on #FZero since 2004. The anime version, which was a kind of a reboot, was poorly marketed by 4kids overseas and was cancelled after 15 dubbed episodes.
So, after pushing a 51-episode anime & 2 GBA tie-in games, Nintendo lost a lot of money here.🤷🏻♂️

@Eternal_Dragon8 The anime was a lot of fun. I have very fond memories of it. Because of the anime, I picked up the GBA game and had tons of fun with that, too.
The Tomb Raider Legend GBA version might not be the best but the comic cutscenes look acc really cool
@NintendoAmerica hop on that free updates for kirby fighters2 the games dying badly we need more classes stages and mini games heck bring back the old minigames from the gba kirby if ya have to like the bomb pass and samurai showdown minigames just something to keep KF2 going.
