To do this pose, stack a layer of a screenshot with /stern and another one with idle. Erase some parts of it, then merge the layers together.

The good thing about still not advancing completely with the sprites of Pod Chan is that the idle has always improved and every time I am looking much better, it is like seeing how I am progressing when it comes to making sprites.
