🧵(2017) Here I drew on my phone for a while as I worked and mainly doodled on my surface pro. I simplified a lot of stuff and just worked on technically limiting myself to improve specific things individually. I used pixiv sketch as my primary drawing app.

MEPHISTOPHELES: hes technically just wearing the rad outfit but with a sword? and a fancier undershirt thing but i think it fits him

Here’s a version with Zwart too! (These are technically supposed to be oc art -specifically of Hades and Scarlet- but the art is general enough that you don’t need to care/worry about that~)

Hello ☺️🍀
So many great creators under this tag!
I may not be such a good artist technically but at least all decisions are my own and I am moving forward and learning to evolve and bring my thoughts and ideas to life with every brushstroke.💚

Just doodle stuff! Don´t focus on technical stuff etc at the beginning, just draw! When you did that for a while you can start practicing. Comparing my old work w/ my new stuff always helped me stay motivated! (4 year diff)

I love that painting, even though I've always thought the placement of this pair's hands/arms was a little confusing, haha.

Charlie Russell was the best, though. His protege Joe DeYong was a technical advisor/production artist on many Westerns, including Shane

Ehhhhh I'm kinda at that point now where I'm so comfortable with my skill set I spend more time experimenting with style and design choices rather technical capabilities ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ https://t.co/rVy1bZMbuE

Oh my god.... I forgot to post Cameron's spring fit... which is like, technically his main fit cause it's kinda become iconic. Also his delivery uniform!

Trying out new techniques to save time, kinda messy but I think I'm on to something. Oni girl btw, technically "Monster"

Also if she looks like Makima, I didn't think about it until its nearly done 😅

a thread of a bunch of character's ive designed and love

first up, my boy Frankie! He's a tall and friendly fish creature with a little bit of an empty head, but he does his best. Technically a villain but doesn't act like one

My current comfort oc is definitely Ryan!
He started as a joke oc but then grew to be so dear to me!
He's technically a striped hyena but he's definitely a result of the rule of cool
He's a big fluffy ray of sunshine and is extremely chill : ))

(Blue art is drawn by my bf)

Donovan I love the fact that you remember that guy’s name 🥹 It was technically my first creature design sculpt ever, while at CSUF! Here’s the drawing that I painted over a few years later- but still over a decade ago 😂 (I guess I like long necks huh)
