Here's Morron! He's a Warlock from a distant land who loves to learn about new cultures! Sadly he hasn't been lucky when it comes to patrons 😈
Only one more character to go and I've made one for all of my DnD Characters!

I wanted a more grounded approach to the “knight meets spaceman” premise. So I came up with a history wherein space travel is commonplace and colonies develop their own cultures. Some however were said to have died in wars but they rebuilt despite losing contact.
Happy #DiaDeMuertos to everyone who celebrates!! The best part of writing outside of my own experience has been learning how truly amazing other people and their cultures truly are. Sacra is in the spirit too, it would seem! 😁 #carefreelikeme #kidlit

A thread for magical classes (not cultures/races) in my personal project ('Arcanum Arcanorum') so far, all names are tentative:
1. 'Elemental shielder': can conjure 1 of 4 basic elements to surround themselves as a shield. Can not be used as projectiles more than a few feet.

Wound culture.
Wound cultures are used to identify infection-causing bacteria. The wound is cleaned and flushed thoroughly. When swabbing, the edges of the wound & any pus or necrotic tissue is avoided.

The Rigelian Greys from Orion are notable because of their extremely elongated skulls and their connection to many of earth's high-cultures.

Legends are so interesting to me because of the slight chance that they could be real. Especially when you hear of similar ancient legends across different cultures who couldn't have made contact with each other back then... #Inktober2019 Day 15: Legend. #DesignsByBillyWan

Illustrator Mat Williams created these fantastic pieces for Blood Cultures latest album.
"Thanks to Creative Commission too as it was the catalyst for this collaboration - it's a valuable platform for opening up briefs that I may not have come across otherwise."

Monstrum entry 4: Kobold. These creatures pose a phylogenetic mystery. With no written language, oral traditions, or significant mention in other cultures, they seemingly appeared out of thin air. Some claim they are related to dragonborn, but key anatomical traits are missing.
How to make sense of the juxtaposition of a quintessential Chinese tombstone & a funerary couch turned into a Sasanian-style gilt vessel? My conclusion: An Jia saw himself as a mediator between Chinese & Sasanian cultures; he celebrated this dual identity with remarkable stones.
In Hala Hala they proclaimed themselves as the Rising Sun, the most brilliant.
But in some cultures the most greaters leaders make different types of sacrifices to the gods, in this case the God of the Sun.
