Lady Agnew of Lochnaw by John Singer Sargent. I sat with her for an hour a few years back in the National Gallery in Edinburgh. Completely hypnotised.

Poorly-built, his boss advised not to sleep with them in.

He ignored the warning and accidentally swallowed them. They stabbed his aorta and he died.
