Okay, so my brushes were working fine in a new document, so I copied my layers, set up a new doc at the same size and dpi, pasted them in, brush works fine. WTH

For those wondering, I changed today's comic because @_KrisWilson_ traveled back in time and copied my joke in 2013. Here are both comics in case you were curious.
