I also played the Taiko no Tatsujin demo and it was very fun. I’d consider getting the game, but it feels like higher difficulty levels are very hard to do on the controller, so I’ll pass for now. Maybe I’ll get it together with the drum controllers later.

A good way to make a lively background i say is to use geometric shapes together to make scenery without too much difficulty. Then you can add little details to it. I've been doing it for a while now and it's very effective.

Thanks to Maria(aka easy mode). I was able to beat Castlevania: Rondo of blood and get 100% (All Bosses & People saves).

Despite the difficulty at parts, I really enjoyed my time with it & can see why many consider this the best Castlevania game. Especially in the classic style.
