Regarding Luke, the final Street Fighter V fighter.

Not a fan of his design. It's too generic and yet it still feels off.

And yet, I love how he plays. He's simple, easy to pick up, but with plenty of nuance to make him interesting!

But what are your thoughts?

easier than it looks!
- get a generic scale pattern and color underneath half light half dark
- make sure scales cast shadows on each other and add bounce light to the shadow half of the scales
- darken the transition between light and dark for extra oomph
