Tol Sirion (2010) for prompt 'towers'. Architecture of Middle-earth has always been my favourite subject.
This is a relatively old picture, but one that I still like and it is also interesting as it shows one of the lesser known places of Middle-earth.

At this point I go for the gut feeling but I think what helped me a lot to develop it is drawing from a lot of uncomfortable references
Perspective and distortion are always the best in learning to make interesting art because you really have to get creative to make it work jvhjg

i think it's somewhat common knowledge that nova's KSSU art is missing its globe but i also just noticed it seems to be based on the post-battle damaged design (one eye more closed than the other, the top right part fully exposed) which is interesting
