(just realized) in Gintama OP2, the lyrics goes as:
"I was gazing at your appearance from behind
Gradually, gradually, I have begun to depend on you" 🎶

and the visuals show Shinpachi looking at Gintoki. that's so sweet. i love one family 🥺💕

Mitsuba arc is still one of the most beautiful stories I've ever had the pleasure to watch. It is sad, it is cruel, but it is also somehow hopeful and beautiful, and makes you love everyone involved (Mitsuba, Hijikata, Sougo, Kondo even Gintoki) that much more.

Throwback to my idk 9-11 year old self obsessed with gintama and was a huge shipper of sacchan and gintoki because i was so jealous of tsukuyo that i shipped gintoki w sacchan just to spite her. I was petty and a fool.
