The only gripe I got with IDW Spnic comics, is that sometimes the characters are so on point that they look like they were traced from a 3D model.

Only in areas where the supports are placed that contact the model. Little nibs remain after you remove the supports. Other then that if your settings are tuned then everything else should be fine.
