It joins Faery: Legends of Avalon as one of the only RPGs that tries to make movement (a vital part of any RPG) different from simply walking around.

Helm Greycastle is neat, but what I love most is the backmatter. A one-shot TTRPG story with maps that readers can play through with friends. But even if you don't play RPGs, reading through it is a great way to become more familiar with the setting.
