The final step would include breaking up the monotony of the texturework and adding some playful lighting which makes specific parts look more interesting. Also I increased details in shadowy areas and fixed minor details.

I found painting the areas to be surprisingly fun, and weaving the painting mechanics into navigation puzzles was smart. I'd like to keep playing, especially to see how the story and some of the themes play out.

JUST THINK. semi cyberpunk futuristic, but the bad areas. using spray paint to cast yer magic and instead of the normal stats, it uses emotion as its base.
