Pretty sure it's not as bad as you think. Jotaro3 actually is portrayed to have darker/tanner skin. Jotaro4 is when he begins to loose it and then jotaro6 is tan again.

Not sure why you had to point it out like if it was a bad thing he did, doesnt come close to being bad..🤷🏽‍♀️
