@charpancakes Plus, even though TOH has a very simplistic artsyle compared to classic films, I think the execution Alex Hirsch has on King's voice *definitely* nails the emotion in his more significant scenes.

With Hikari no Ou airing soon I was thinking abt Toshihisa Kaiya again. I think it's fair to say he learned a lot in his time working with Toshiyuki Inoue on Magnetic Rose, Jin Roh, Tree of Palme, etc. Very strong artist with very few known scenes
