Being able to sleep is how the hallucinations were able to stop. I can't stress enough just how much of a difference sleep made for me. I started to become 'human' again. I was able to go to work and it became easier to fight my compulsions to check the locks and windows.

とはいえstable diffusionを実行するのにpythonとかpytorchとかdiffusersとかlinuxとか普通は使ったこともないものをなんとかしないといけねぇ…と思っていたら1か月もしないうちに（それこそ週単位で）Windowsで簡単に動かせるツールが出たりオンラインで無料で使えるサービスがでてきたりした。
