Implemented a form of UV mapping. I recreated each of the 11 material types used across all Starfox games. Ideally I'd like to pull this data from each rom during export, but lacking that, this approximation should get the job done for now. Here's the Air Biker enemy from SF1:

So close... my #StarFox model exporter is now able to dump textures and re-apply them to the models it outputs. Still a work in progress, but here are some pictures of objects from the CES build.
Character lines done. Just a few more props before export from procreate to CSP & color. Before that though, odds are I will take a detour into HxH fanart land.
@digisculp @CreatureBox @nomadsculpt I've exported the model and import into Blender just for fun and to test the vertex paint feature the app recently added. I'm still impressed with what the app can do.

@BowserJDev not that much when 3d printing. Since we decimate everything before exporting to STL. Good topology is only required if the model is going to be rigged and animated for games / movies. It does help to get a nice flow and smoothness to the models but doesn't matter as much.

I went over those pop'n doodles! I'll put them on teepublic soon, Discord made them much smaller than they actually are (or maybe that was a fault of the way I exported these) and they became too small for me to upload
So, as a bday present to myself, I've been making a graphics editor for #Bitsy for a week now. Export to Bitsy Game Data in one step. Still very alpha. I'm calling it BitsyDraw (for now?) #gamedev #pixelart

@Digibrah It’s rushed and my iPad froze trying to export the file but here’s my concept
