I've exported the model and import into Blender just for fun and to test the vertex paint feature the app recently added. I'm still impressed with what the app can do.

not that much when 3d printing. Since we decimate everything before exporting to STL. Good topology is only required if the model is going to be rigged and animated for games / movies. It does help to get a nice flow and smoothness to the models but doesn't matter as much.

So, as a bday present to myself, I've been making a graphics editor for for a week now. Export to Bitsy Game Data in one step. Still very alpha. I'm calling it BitsyDraw (for now?)

I did it! I finally understand (on a very basic level) how to color the 3D models in My exporter can now generate a .mtl file to be used with the dumped models. I hardcoded animated faces to use the first frame and light sourced faces to use the 5th shade (of 10)

Interesting how you can review something obsessively and still let the most glaring mistake slip into your final export. Arin's shirt is supposed to say "Anime Girl". No idea what happened. Another Blender mystery I need to solve😂
