2012: JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure

Another tough year, but JoJo’s anime got me into the franchise which has now been an obsession of mine for a decade, so it’s gotta be it. Even if subsequent parts are even better, the first season has some of the most iconic moments anime-wise.

My favorite game from 2012 is Mass Effect 3. It's pretty amazing. The Legendary Edition that came out last year is the definitive way to play it, so I'm also going to mention another favorite from 2012: The Last Story. The Last Story is a hidden Wii gem, I like it a lot.

in 2012, a game came out that would change the course of my life. this is not an exaggeration, just worded very dramatically. Diabolik Lovers is a horny game that made me sad about vampires.

Street Fighter X TEKKEN (Various)

One of my favorite fighters in the PS3 era, and a great game overall.

It had a lot of hate during its launch, but I honestly feel that people were way too harsh on it.

Especially since other games did worse things and it slipped by. 🙄

2012: There were some AMAZING games that came out this year but I'm sorry but it wasn't even fucking close. This is the pinnacle of video games for me. Incredible characters, great gameplay (if you're right-handed), visually stunning, especially for 3DS, and a fantastic story
