If you want to see an explicitly deaf Clint Barton, I highly recommend Hawkeye (2012), All-New Hawk-Eye, and Hawkeye VS. Deadpool! The later is a personal favorite, showing Wade trying to sign, and lifting his mask so Clint can read his lips.

Clint Barton, better known as Hawkeye!

He has been deaf on and off throughout his lifespan. He is arguably the most visibly deaf hero within Marvel comics, having multiple instances of him using American Sign Language and wearing hearing aids.
