They are not chimeras nor simply anthropomorphic, but rather the evolution or "birth" of specific root species, raised to human-like core traits (dexterity/longthink), in weird environments

I didn't want to solely make normal anthros for Chimeras, so I wanted to try something interesting.

Chimeras have 4 fingers (counting the thumb) 3 toes, and yellow sclera

So if there's ever an anthro in red rebellion without yellow sclera, they're something else, not a Chimera.
