A monster from the Scottish isles - about fifty miles from where I grew up.

The Nuckelavee of Orcadian legend is part horse, part humanoid - its breath wilts crops and it was blamed for droughts and epidemics.

For stopping Lee, Gai used pinwheel. Why he had it at that moment? Somehow he got that pinwheel and drought it there, it’s lovely.😌

Swiftstar (previously Swiftleap), Windclan's leader! Her pale ginger pelt helps her bring in prey during harsh droughts where her fastest warriors fail. She briefly had to take a break from leadership when her mate, Pondstem, died.

The Dog Days are that period when Sirius the Dog Star commands the heavens, rising in conjunction with the sun (late July). Summer could bring drought & plague, so people got the superstitious idea that sickness came with the Dog Star, along with madness.

In Chinese folk culture, dragons are not often seen as good creatures that symbolize prosperity and strength. As the controller of water and weather, dragons can also be the causes of drought, flood and other worse natural phenomenon(1/2).
