Fade's 2019 design honestly isn't that different from her new look.

Beside her outfit getting changed, the only thing different is her ponytail being longer and her new tattoo on her left thigh.

Also yes, Cirkuct has a husband. Arias is Cirkuct's lover.

Also, Arias is actually the one that allowed Fade and Mercury to have a child. Since Fade doesn't have any internal sex organs, giving birth to a child with both Fade's and Mercury's DNA is impossible.
