結局WebUIは各種拡張が使えるReforgeに戻してるんだけど、生成イラストからのHires.fixボタンでエラーが出る理由がようやくわかった
左右で選べる同じ画像のうち左はプレビュー用のPNG・右は出力指定したJPGで、左にHiresかけるとPNGのアルファチャンネルがエラーの元になるから右を選べばいいのね！
