The "hooded cat character" doesn't actually have a name I just kinda call them "ghost cat" lol. They are, well, a ghost who can be seen on foggy days in the Fallenlands. When talked to (Dusty is warned not to), they say they are lost and need help. Do not agree to help them.

Tanaka's style gives the characters very hooded eyes. I find its a big missed opportunity if you just draw them with "normal" eyelids/brow bones that you see everywhere (bc beauty standards) as its such an uncommon feature for characters in media to have.
