I also have to cut corners on the art cause going all out on this is currently unsustainable

Art & music has recently been made illegal by the State. Mages are tasked to enforce these new laws. Artistic expressions are a threat to this new society & therefore will be purged
JATMON Concept art, A Dert Mage. Even tho they have high combat abilities, they’re rarely sent to fight.Their main roles are to help sanitize the battlefield afterwards
They aren’t very respected but are of a carefree nature & seem to have more free will than other Enforcers

Artopus; A rebel artist trying to fight against the Enforcer Mages of the State. Art/supplies have been outlawed so he has to make due with what’s available. Spray paint is his new weapon against foes that command sound & light

Did this mostly for fun and to get used to inking in procreate. I draw smoke better than I paint it 🙃
