Today I'm playing and writing about Konami's fun arcade release, Rock'n Rage. I'll say nothing about it, just look at its original poster:
Konami's "Tokimeki Memorial" is said to have been influenced from Dōkyūsei. Additionally, Tokimeki Memorial's heroine, "Shiori Fujisaki", has a design similar to Dōkyūsei's main heroine, "Mai Sakuragi". Tokimeki Memorial is also a seminal title, groundbreaking in its own ways.
@Rlan2 Some sick part of me wants the weird computer TMNT games. Konami's name is on them!
Konami's legendary for its NES box art "homage."
Frank Frazetta's "The Norseman" inspired the box art for Castlevania. But Castlevania II just straight up plagiarizes the cover of AD&D's Ravenloft.
A couple more in thread. 🧵 https://t.co/I9fsub346U
Wish you a great year 2022! Here's some color pencil doodles of my favorite franchise of all time Konami's #ganbaregoemon
Alucard seen in the commemorative banner celebrating Konami's 50th anniversary 🦇
This May Konami's mobile game - Power Soccer(実況パワフルサッカー) added a Chinese version, I also played the game, I hope Castlevania's event will be held in the Chinese version.
Of course I also hope that the game can be released in English☺️

Tonight we're streaming Konami's most recent (good) game. One part Castlevania, one part Dark Souls, all parts Buddhist Hell! https://t.co/hsMcKv6JWf
earlier, has more titles than Metal Gear and a stronger media presence at least in the 90s/early 2000s, Goemon appeared in mangas/animes, the forefront of Konami marketing. He was practically Konami's Mario.. or at least that's what I thought.
Stop what you're doing, this week's Arcade Archives release is Konami's VENDETTA, the long-unported four-player brawler. Save Kate from the Dead End Gang!

Switch version later, had to post this immediately
Salamander (AKA Life Force) celebrates its 35th anniversary this month. Konami's coin-op sequel to Nemesis (AKA Gradius) features six alternating horizontally and vertically scrolling shoot 'em up levels packed with enemies and bosses. Definitely a very fun and challenging game!
Playable characters from Konami's 1991 arcade brawler Vendetta.
They look like tough guys for sure, though the colour coded shirts make them feel like The Wiggles - if the Wiggles were inclined to cave your head in with a baseball bat anyway?

Y'all don't show Konami's TCG department a picture of Meiko they'd probably all shit themselves and die

The original release of Ys VI had a book with a fully illustrated prologue for the game in it, as well. If you've seen the (albeit horrible) opening from Konami's release, this actually came from the prologue story.
Ad for Konami's underrated arcade #shmup Xexex - what an interesting name, but love that artwork! #retrogaming #arcade #VGHistory #obscuregames #konami #STG
