The hardest to draw at work has gotta be Kuromi. The little neck fringes get in the way of the arms and that makes it soo hard to pose her.
As for my OCs, Ben. Not only for the unique head shape, but his dog-like poses are always complicated!

Last night, I was sent that meme of a guy sweeping as the Mortal Kombat music played, so I did a quick janitor Kuromi.
Later, right before I slept, had the urge to draw that Carmen there. Said it before, but it's satisfying to just lay down the ink.

After 1,000 years, I return with more pear Kuromi.
