@TalkingSuperman Mxy, but as a VERY close second, it's gotta be Bizarro.
Supes has a LOT of "him, but EVIL" villains, but Bizarro is fascinating in that he's usually not even evil, just on a very strange moral compass.
It also helps that he can either be hilarious or outright terrifying.
