It's actually the suit she gets at the end of Fusion after she absorbs the SA-X and kicks the Omega Metroid's ass. It doesn't have an official name, but people call it the Omega Suit.
The official art from back then actually looked a lot like Prime's suit design.

Infusion you are chased by a clone of your own armor created and possessed by a previously unknown parasite that was the metroids main prey and have come back due to the metroid's disappearing
