Look. I know I'm in the minority, but I think FMA Brotherhood is SUPREMELY overrated. There are a lot of reasons, but I've got three visual aids that make the strongest points.

Nothing about the character on the left is at all more compelling than the character on the right.

I cant recommend Milestone Media books enough. They were doing in the 90's what creators are doing now. Diverse characters. LBGT, Minority, and more. If you missed the comics when they first came out, you can get the back issues, now. And they are surprisingly inexpensive

I lean liberal, but it's becoming harder and harder to respect this side due to the terrible things they do. This 'milkshake' thing is disheartening & very childish. I know it's just a vocal minority, but man, is it loud and proud. Stuff like this is what turned me 'Independent.'
