Morgyn felt a lump in their throat, and let out a sound that sounded like something in between a laugh and a cry. "That's right, I can be your Baba."
Morgyn felt Cass cuddle against their chest. "Yes, anything for you, Cassoula," they whispered.
Just then, through a giggle, Cass uttered her first word: "Baba!"
Andy began to bob excitedly, repeating, "Baba! Baba!" She pointed at Morgyn. "Baba! Baba!!"
"It will. Mothers usually want to keep their children alive, even if it means facing what scares them" Morgyn says, but they don't develop their response any further even when Hela looks confused by it.
"Ok... is that all I can do? Wait until you convince my mother?"
"I'm sorry I wasn't here, L."
"No you're not."

"What have you been up to?" L. asked, changing the subject.
"A lot... I got a human job... got married... we're starting a family soon," Morgyn smiled.
