@keiiii4 hey this is SUPER RANDOM but we used to be friends on gaia around 2007, I was in your guild/clan, you drew this for me. I was going through my Photobucket and found it and just wanted to say hello. :) You were an artist I REALLY looked up to!
QRT showing your OC's first design to now!
2010 - 2021. Allow me to bring you back to 2009-2010 when my only options to draw were: a mouse, Windows 7 ms paint, and photobucket editor/picnik editor for text and filters. The good ol' days! https://t.co/AOwUxNNM0G
Guess who just remembered the password to their Photobucket from 2005? 👀
The image is from a collection of quicksand fetish art (and other petrification art) that was hosted on Photobucket by one StoneLad. Although the original Photobucket is gone (?), StoneLad is still mildly active elsewhere. The sprite used in the edit is from Shin Gyakuten Touhou.

Toby Fox majored in Environmental Science in college (https://t.co/UyYbqUCOSI), so quicksand was likely a part of his curriculum. The professor probably searched up "quicksand" or "stuck in quicksand" on Photobucket and chose this image for some reason.
@moggiedelight oof i didnt see your other reply im sorry !! but!! this one was on my photobucket :DDD
Having one of those late night strolls through my old art.
Look at these 2013. Gosh
wish I could go back there. It was so fun and effortless feeling.
(Also, photobucket finally nuked my old art galleries. Rip. I never saved it all )
I have so much art trapped on photobucket that I will only be able to access from good ol gaia online https://t.co/Ar6ZdnTLj1
you ever find an image so jaw dropping buried away on a forum you feel the need to share it to the wider world regardless of the big photobucket watermark
I found my old photobucket account full of forum RP OCs.
This is Hayai. I chose that name because it meant fast. He was a ninja, not a hedgehog, and he ran fast and fought with his hands in his pockets. I remember how proud I was in subtly hiding my influences.
My photobucket was going to be deleted so I went and backed up all of my images, much to my horror
I did rediscover the first Mr. Needlemouse sprites I ever did though back in like 2006, so that's kinda neat lol
#pixelart
randomly decided to fetch out some old-ass art from my photobucket that I had made all the way back in.. 2011~2013ish, some pokemon gijinkas based off a pokemon ttrpg I was in
Emet-Selch wistfully browsing forums from 2007, averting his gaze from the "Last online, 12 years ago" under his old friends avatars. Chuckling to himself as he remembers bygone shitposting, mood souring as the links steadily 404, the images turned to stock photobucket logos...
So, this is the ORIGINAL Makari, I made this character in 2007 on Gaia online, alot of her elements where pulled up from the recesses of my old photobucket as inspiration for the new Makari xD
