Tried Pixelover... It's... it's... hard to say. It heavily depends on how the picture was drawn. Cellshading works better.

これは普通のPNG画像から自動で作られたドット絵風の絵です
ここでパーツ分けされていればアニメも作れるらしい(多分そっちが本業)

こんな割とあっさりドット絵風になられちゃ

Taking vector shapes to build modular houses from an earlier tutorial, turning them into pixel art, and having a lot of fun with PixelOver... Definitely going to make a review video in the morning ;)
