Three Things to Remember

A Robin Redbreast in a cage,
Puts all Heaven in a rage.

A skylark wounded on the wing
Doth make a cherub cease to sing.

He who shall hurt the little wren
Shall never be beloved by men.

~ William Blake,1757-1827

And woollen frocks to wear,
And a crumb for robin redbreast,
On the cold days of the year.’

Here is a small colored pencil illustration of a redbreast sunfish I finished yesterday. It was drawn in my mini colored pencil pad. I might make a bigger one in the future.

A Robin Redbreast.
Yes I drew it in 2019, but
In the spiritual world Robins are viewed as a symbol of visits from our deceased loved ones. The Robin is also looked upon by many as a sign of fortune & good luck.
May good luck smile upon you!
