She's actually as old as Idol, Ghosty and Casino.
Back when Good Robot was ongoing I was asked to make more RMs and I was in a bad place and rushing, so Toon Woman suffered for it.
im still fleshing his strory out and ill be needinf to write it down, since its still in myt head, but he also has a brother named Cassius (adoptive) this man, total opposite of Horis personality wise, ill be revamping him too
