Ehh, the original artist of Fate, Takeuchi Takashi , has something of a "same face syndrome".
I wouldn't say it's too severe, but his characters share a similar air and feel to their faces.
Both, male and female characters!
But I couldn't tell if this drawing was made by him!

The original artist for Fate, Takashi Takeuchi, has a distinct style, that unfortunately makes most of his female characters suffer from "Same Face Syndrome". It's not to say it's bad, his art is amazing, it's just his style. Especially in the eyes and nose areas.
