With GOW's Thor out, he reminded me of a redesign exercise I did a decade ago. I wanted to redo Rufus, and Hakan, the poor designs in Street Fighter IV. I wanted to put in more storytelling elements to them. Rufus as a more circus strongman, and Hakan more of an Indian wrestler.
