Because the FIRST weapon in the series to truly perform a separated all-range attack is the Elmeth, which uses its "bits". The Bits are very distinctive and weird looking. I like them though, I think those are supposed to be maneuvering thrusters, maybe?

Update to the HT-01SR Ruschia Nana, the space ready variant of the Ruschia. Revamping the backpack allowed for the legs to fully fold back which consolidates all the thrusters for a cruise mode for increased acceleration.

As an aside I didnt say SPARTAN-G059 had a unique SPI as it turned out a detail on the original SPI artwork was repurposed into thrusters.

Explains why SIIIs are jumping like wild in some artwork.
