Finished re-sequencing Betamax after cutting out nearly a third of the original photos & adding new ones. This looks much nicer and the pacing is much tighter. I just need to write the intro essay & publish the PDF, then convert pages on Photoshop--hello, endless grinding!

To all you TF nerds out there: You'll be eggcited to know that a lab has been working on sequencing the entire bald eagle genome. A great tool for investigating evolution, genetic diseases, & taxonomy. But could it grow us wings or turn us into eagles? Well we can dream big!

I have now begun sequencing the second quest!

Welp, I did what I set out to do, and finished sequencing the first quest before the end of November. Gameplay is mostly premade RPG Maker graphics right now, but the code, along with the graphics for the VN segments, are all there. Good times!

Oh fuck I just finished sequencing the last scene before gameplay starts. NOW I'VE GOT NO EXCUSE NOT TO POST GAMEPLAY NEXT TIME.

Context: The whole family got infected with COVID-19 last month and gene sequencing confirmed it as delta variant. We’re all fully recovered already, but

Excited to be starting the webinar now! We would love to see what SMRT sequencing can do for our favorite glow-in-the-dark crustaceans, ostracods! We have DRAWERS of tubes but no genome! has new small organism-friendly pipelines- we want to play!

Today I played a robot medihound in Space Station 13. I found this horrible mess that turned out to be the genetics lab, and the geneticists let me help them do genome sequencing (until I accidentally made a test subject start spatial warping all over the room)
